Terms and Conditions
Along with initial deposit, agreed upon invoice and print design, the client will agree to Mile High Screen Prints terms and conditions.
MHSP is know for quick turnaround times. Upon approval, the client can expect delivery of articles within 5-10 business days. Specific delivery dates must be requested and submitted prior to approval.
The remaining balance of the invoice must be paid upon completion of the print job. Over/under runs can can impact the remaining balance and the invoice will reflect these changes.
If the order requires shipping, the remaining invoice balance, including shipping, must be paid in full before articles are shipped.
MHSP cannot be held liable for the actions of our wholesale providers. Whether it is damaged goods, sizing errors, color inconsistencies or delays caused by article shortages.
Clients are responsible for reviewing invoices and artwork/layout before approving them for print. MHSP will not be held liable for any errors in approved layouts/artwork and invoices.
We use the best Pantone approved system to mix our inks to match your needs. Though we use the utmost precision to make sure our product is of the highest quality when dealing with any type of ink we can’t guarantee 100% accuracy. MHSP cannot be held accountable if the Pantone hues are slightly varied.
Returns and Reprints
All claims of dissatisfaction with print jobs must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery. Taking note of all discrepancies, we will need to inspect all items before we can declare the need for a reprint. In the event a reprint is needed, we will resubmit artwork/layout with the needed changes.
Defective articles can be returned within 72 hours of delivery for a reprint or within 14 days for a refund per defective article. Clients are responsible for cost of shipping.
